My employer has filed my labor certifications few weeks back. Is there a way I can track it online and know the status.
What information do I need to do that ? Whats the website ?

Hi,
I have applied my H1 extension in Sep 2008 and got RFE in Dec. RFE was about my work address and we have sent the details. On March 2 2009 I have received the email saying Denial Notice Sent. Not sure the reason yet. I wanted to check my options. I do have EAD. But not used. What is my visa status now? I am planning to resubmit my application based on the denial notice. If I resubmit will I have status in US? Or should I work on EAD. If I work on EAD what should i do? I mean do I need to file AC21?

My wife H1B was approved under Consular Processing. She got job offer now and it is a Consulting job to Hire. We applied COS at CSC by Premium processing. Reached application on Sep 28 and Status is Acceptance by then.
1 ) Everything is genuine and in the client letter it is mentioned as 6 Months contract to hire. Are there any posibbilities of getting H1B approved for only 6 months from now.
2 ) Are there any chances of rejection
3) Sincle past week it is under "Acceptance" stage. I know i have to be patient.
4) Can we expect some decision from them this week as client is waiting.
5) At what time CSC updates the case. Is there any particular time they update the case online.

Hi ,
There is a job opening at client place and job opening title is "JAVA DEVELOPER/SR JAVA ENGINEER" and the responsibilities includes coding Java. I do not have approved Labor certification with me but my Labor application (Signed copy by me) say Job Title as "Programmer/Analyst" and responsibilities includes
"Analyze, design and develop applications using C++, Java, J2EE and Oracle."
Could you please let me know if I can work on EAD for the above job position at the
client place using AC21? I prefer not to talk with client if the labor and client job

Hi,
Does 5% salary reduction require an amendment even though the salary is still much higher than the prevailing wage? I have been on a reduced salary for a year and about to get a visa stamp. Everybody says something different on this issue. I am just worried that this will cause problems in the consulate. I don't even know how the consular officers actually figure someones annual salary from their pay stubs. Should i just go and act like everything is normal and not mention about the reduction? Because it makes such a little difference in every paycheck. Please help me out on this issue. Nobody responded my previous post. I am very stressed out.

the LCA needs to be done for any H1B or when the job is in a new location. it doesn't take long to get that submitted (<1 day) no need to go stamping. it doesn't cost any money to submit a new LCA

On March 17, 2008, we mailed you a notice that we had registered this customer's new permanent resident status. Please follow any instructions on the notice. Your new permanent resident card should be mailed within 60 days following this registration or after you complete any ADIT processing referred to in the welcome notice, whichever is later. If you move before you get your new card call customer service. You can also receive automatic e-mail updates as we process your case. Just follow the link below to register.
Eventhough I did not get notice yet by mail I am little confused and concerended with their message, I have couple of questions
1) Does this really means my AOS application is approved? Is there anything else I should do?
2) what is ADIT processing that they are referening to?
Any thoughts or experiences from the gurus here is really appreciated.

I am getting ready to file for my 485. I have a problem, and I am not sure how to go about it --
My wife's birth certificate has her name listed differently than it is. The birth certificate has a temporary/pet name. Is there anything I can do now, in next 14 days, before I can file for 485? Will any kind of affidavit help?
