I filed late June at NSC trs to Texas and received on July 2nd. Just received my RN yesterday for my 485. On line it says that my ead has been approved and the notice went out on the 25th.
Did your checks cashed before you got the receipts? or receipts much faster?? Congrats!

Actually You have to PHYSICALLY present in Canda for 2 years in a 5 year period since the date landed.

My wife got her receipt notice today
RD: July 2nd, ND: Aug 6th.
Did the checks get cashed?? I rcvd the receipt notice for both my wife and myself but the checks are not cashed for my wife (I cannot check on my checks that are provided by the company)

Mine is Eb 3..was sent to Nebraska, got there July 2, signed by R. Michaels at 9 am...Transfered to Texas,Received July 6...They sent me the Notice of Action for my 140 but I don't know anything else and I also sent at the same time 485-765 for my whole family...

I am not a lawyer but as far as I know there is no Premium for 485. They mentioned they will want to do it at some point in the future but it is not yet available for this application.

I asked my employer if they would tune the clauses to "1 yr after EAD" but they said NO - "it will be 1 yr after GC"
They also told me over phone that they have the capability of revoking
140 and complaining against me to INS if i try to leave before getting the actual GC.
Can they do that - after 6 months they lose that control - Right ??
Employer can revoke I-140 anytime until I-485 is approved. After 180 calendar days of I-485 filing date, employee can continue I-485 seeking AC-21 protection . Employee must have open permanent job offer from another employer. The new job must be same or similar.

DC is the right place even on a weekend also just protesting infront of the uscis office will get media attention .....we should plan for this.i know less than 1000 people will be a failure ..can we try to get the mood of the IV for this kind of event ...

Still waiting for the receipts..
